Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
In addition to the above prices a deposit of £100 is required within seven days of booking. The cost of the rental is required, in full, at least two calender months prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made within two months of the arrival date then the full amount plus the deposit will be required within seven days of booking.
The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of you cancelling. However, it will be refunded on receipt of the keys and confirmation from our caretaker that there have been no breakages or damages.
